Playing host to private parties, weddings, outdoor events and concerts, corporate parties and other diverse activities to include, but not limited to, glamping, clay pigeon shooting, and dragon boat racing on the River Thames!

The Estate offers three main event spaces for hire:-
Made up of approximately 50 acres of pasture available to rent offering two potable water points and the area can be used for parking and camping too. In the past, we have run car shows including the launch of Vauxhalls latest model of car. The Henley Show (The largest one-day agricultural show in the country), Tough Mudder. Not forgetting various charity sponsored runs and walks, including The Great British Dog Walk.
A fabulous Lodge set in a secluded woodland clearing, surrounded by ancient woodland and accessed by the spectacular tree-lined, Lime Avenue. This magical clearing emerges from the beautiful woodland guarantees to provide a wonderful setting for any event.
The dining table, in the Lodge, can seat 32 comfortably or alternatively up to 80 people standing for a drinks party. With a state-of-the-art commercial kitchen and easy access for all. Makes the Woodland Lodge is the perfect venue for your private party.
The meadows at Greenlands Park offers picturesque views of the river Thames and beautiful surrounding woodland. Here, Marquees set up on can be accessed by boat or land. A perfect spot for a remote and memorable event with wonderful views. Please note, we lease the land only, electricity and water should be provided by the client.
We own several properties within the village of Hambleden, including the Village Stores, Post Office and the Stag & Huntsman Inn. Well known from the large number of films it has appeared in. Hambleden is a picture-postcard, quintessentially English village.
