Field Your Own

Field your Own is a 12 acre field on a working farm based in South Yorkshire. It has stunning views from our farm looking across the valley.

And in 2021 we prepared our farm for our own wedding in June 2022. We had a marquee and catered for 140 guests and had a truly fabulous day.

We welcome others to hire our space at Field Your Own

Having put in a commercial grade electricity supply to the field for catering and accessible running water

Local Attractions

Situated on a working farm, there is excellent access to the field and nearby attractions include Yorkshire Wildlife Park 30 mins away, Gulliver’s Valley 15 mins away and Roche Abbey – a beautiful walk or 5 min drive away.

We can allow access to the field Thursday – Monday inclusive for £2000, Friday to Sunday for £1500, day rates are £500 for access 9am to 9pm and exclusive camping for up to 30 people for £250 per night. A temporary event notice (TEN) would need to be applied for and submitted to us a minimum of 1 week before the event, this is £21 from Rotherham Council.

Whilst we can be pretty flexible, we do have a livery yard on site and therefore cannot allow fireworks. But Music, camping, dogs are all permitted.

With events we are happy for you to work with your choice of caterer, marquee hire, toilet hire etc although we can provide recommendations if you are stuck.

We have public liability insurance in situ and the necessary risk assessments. A refundable deposit of £250 would also be taken at the time of booking which would be returned assuming all T’s and C’s are adhered to.
