Newbury Racecourse

Newbury Racecourse is one of the largest conference and event spaces in Berkshire. With fantastic facilities that can be adapted to fulfil client requirements. Ensuring that events have that WOW factor everyone is looking for. Set amongst 225 acres of natural beauty, the four main buildings each offer a diverse collection of event spaces. Each one offering spectacular views of the racecourse and Parade Ring. The centre of the course is one of the most unique spaces,  not only is it a driving range but it can accommodate almost any external event.

What Can You Expect?

We can offer space from 100 to 22,000 guests, with a spectrum of opportunities in between.  With flexible space to accommodate filming, team building, award nights, sporting opportunities and so much more. We pride ourselves on the variety the racecourse can offer, for all types of events both internal and external . We also have preferred suppliers on hand to assist with your AV and event requirements, from digital interactive games to Segway experiences.

Site Redevelopment

With the majority of the £50m site redevelopment completed in 2018, the racecourse’s external areas are at a high standard. Therefore, part of the redevelopment means fantastic new spaces were launched in 2019, including The Paddock Bar, offering an unbeatable view of the Parade Ring. Delegates and guests can enjoy the rustic interior and the beautiful external space. Following a fourteen-week, £1,500,000 renovation, The Hennessy Restaurant has officially reopened in Spring 2023 at the start of what promises to be a bumper flat season. With so much to look forward to including two brilliant music nights with Sir Tom Jones and Olly Murs, it looks set to be a fantastic summer at Newbury.

Large Leading Venue

With such a large leading venue in the local area, we are conscious of making a sustainable difference. Therefore various procedures are in place across the whole site in order to do this. For instance, we have a dedicated Green Team, responsible for new initiatives and constantly looking for new ideas on how to reduce our impact.  Some of these currently in place include solar panels, water recycling and the use of natural bio products.
