The IMI Conference Centre is based in Brickendon, Hertfordshire. A venue which is part of the Fanshaws Estate, and shares various outside spaces with its neighbour The Institute of the Motor Industry (IMI)

A secluded venue, situated within a woodland, with extra outdoor spaces, ideal for all types of outside events.

Our Indoor Spaces

Our main meeting room has various capacities according to the layout.

• Theatre Style – Max Capacity 50
• Classroom Style – Max Capacity 40
• Cabaret Style – Max Capacity 35
• Boardroom Style – Max Capacity 20

With a dedicated on-site catering space, which allows clients to bring in their own catering, or we can recommend a trusted culinary partner (Cool Cooks). Tea and Coffee are always included in your visit to The IMI Conference Centre.

Our Outdoor Spaces

With the choice of either a woodland scene or a field, there is various options available for an outside event. Hire of our outside spaces start from £500 per day, when booked with our indoor space.

Facilities at The IMI Conference Centre

Ensuring your visit to us, we have a complimentary car park, and a number of EV Charging Points are available. These need to be prebooked, and a charge of 25p per KWH.

Within a 5 minute walk is Bayford Train Station, this links up directly to London (Moorgate).
