Rule Valley Escapes, a stunning estate in the Scottish Borders. Located  under 1 hour from Newcastle Airport, and 1 hour 20 from Edinburgh Airport.

This Scottish Estate, consists of three adjourning farms giving a total of 2000 acres of grass, woodland. And including a 4 acre Loch on site.  Surrounding the estate is a view of several hills, not only the iconic Ruberslaw Hill, but also Bonchester Hill which has located upon it an Iron Age settlement and a Roman Fort. The estate boasts views of rolling farmland to heather clad hills beyond, to forests and rivers, such diverse scenery is breathtaking!
