Rushmere House

Rushmere House, set in a valley with hills and woodland on three sides. Ideally located for your next outdoor event.

Meadows

Boasting two large meadows of approximately two acres each. And separated by a hedgerow with a gate.

Featuring a range of mature trees including willow, beech and maples. With ample open, and flat space for marquees.

Woodland at Rushmere House

The property features hills to one side which are mostly mature woodland (oak, beech, birch, giant redwoods, firs and sycamore), amongst others. These woodlands extend to approximately two acres. With pathways and clearings in the woodland and views across the entire property.

Lawns

A further 1.5 acres is our formal smaller lawns and garden spaces.

Our lake is fed by a stream. Surrounded by trees and rhododendrons.

Rushmere House Gardens

Rushmere House is accessible via a long private driveway, lined with holly trees and firs. The house sits at the end of the driveway at the far end of the property, with the garden extending away from the house. The majority of the gardens are entirely private of the house and secluded.

The property is Victorian with the mature garden setting. Credited to previous Victorian owners, who planted many of the trees.

There is extensive wildlife to see, rabbits, badgers, deer and red kites can all be seen in the grounds.

We can offer

The garden lends itself to a variety of uses. The mature parkland setting and seclusion, make it ideal for weddings and private events. Separate and distinct areas in the garden allow corporate team building opportunities, where a flexible set of spaces is required.

A blank canvas, very natural clear and unspoilt. Allowing for great flexibility for the use of tents, marquees and other structures that may be required.

A rural setting just a few miles from local transport hubs. Leighton Buzzard station is only two miles away (Euston to Leighton Buzzard in 30 minutes), Milton Keynes station is eight miles away. Only 13 miles from Junction 11a M1
