Crossland Riverside

Crossland Riverside is a completely flexible outdoor event venue perfect for weddings, parties, festivals and corporate events.  And close to Bedford with great transport links to London and the surrounding areas.

With 20 acres of tree lined fields on the banks of the River Great Ouse. It is the perfect backdrop for a variety of different events. And additionally exclusive use with ample space to allow separate areas for parking and activities.

Crossland & Riverside

Our site is divided into two fields “Crossland” and “Riverside”.  And with easy access from the road, Crossland is ideal for corporate events, away days, motorised activities and festivals.

Our Riverside field offers complete privacy and exclusivity with views on the river.

And with a completely blank canvas, you have the flexibility to do things your way by hiring the field and organising your own event. Although however, if you need a little guidance, our Venue Manager will be on hand every step of the way. And to assist you in the planning and to recommend suppliers who we know and trust.

Big Green Space

As every event is unique, and through our Event Management team at Big Green Space, we can also offer tailor made packages to suit your requirements and budget.

We do not have a wedding licence for civil ceremonies but you can hold a humanist ceremony or blessing if you wish.

Also available for longer term hire for on location and filming.

Note: there is no infrastructure at the Crossland Riverside, so all equipment and power must be brought in for each event.
