Little Massingham Manor

Little Massingham Manor is a stunning 14 bedroom Arts and Country house. Set in 63 Acres of professionally designed formal gardens, woodlands, and meadows.

The Manor is perfectly located in a rural location. 15 miles inland from the stunning North Norfolk coastline of Brancaster, Holkham and Wells-next-the-Sea. Houghton Hall and Sandringham are found just around the corner.

Built in 1907, Little Massingham Manor retains many of its original features. It has undergone a recent major programme of refurbishment and redecoration.

The whole estate has a fascinating history. Our previous owners have designed the property in such a way, that it makes a very fine venue. For many well regarded social events in the past.

A separate annexe has been set up as a conference room, with a large flat screen TV.

We have 2 full time personal trainers covering a wide range of activities from

The Wellness centre consists of studio space, a gym and 2 treatment rooms.

Catering

We have a full time professional caterer on site.

Accommodation

There are currently 4 guest lodges, each with their own private hot-tub, within the grounds. These can be hired together with the guest bedrooms within the Manor.
