There are various areas available to hire including our Amphitheatre. This overlooks the Solstice Lake. Plus we have a large area of hardstanding right next to our car park. This is ideal for siting a marquee. With a fixed assault course, and adventure trail and specific den building and pond dipping sites there is plenty to keep visitors entertained making team-building events very easy to put together.
Our in-house catering team are able to support your event entirely. As a team we focus on shopping at local artisan suppliers. And limiting the food miles. We compost our food waste and use produce grown in our heritage garden throughout our menus. Additionally our team are happy to create menus from scratch.
Stanwick Lakes is a protected site with three conservation ‘designations’ to our name. We are SSSi (A site of special scientific interest). We are protected under the Ramsar convention for the protection of overwintering wetland birds. It’s this designation that makes us as environmentally important as the polar ice caps!
All the income we generate through hire and events goes back into the upkeep and maintenance of this beautiful, special site. We welcome all visitors here to support us and enjoy the wonderful surroundings.
