Tee's Meadow

Tee’s Meadow is a grassy paddock based in Widdington, Essex. The 3 acre site is enclosed on three sides by mature planting. It is located at the edge of a village and the local pub, which also serves food, is only a stone’s throw away. There is an extensive rural footpath network linking to other villages providing beautiful country walks with stunning scenery.

The popular medieval market town of Saffron Walden is only 5 miles away and The Stately home, Audley End House, once host to Antiques Roadshow is also only minutes away. The Historic City of Cambridge is approximately a 35 minute drive away. So those wishing to stay in the area after an event to do some sight-seeing, we can recommend a number of local accommodation providers.

Our Location

We are a short taxi ride from various railway stations including Stansted Airport, Bishops Stortford, Audley End and Newport (this being only 5 mins away) which all lie on the London (Liverpool Street) to Cambridge line. The local bus stop is about a 1 minute walk away. There are 32 buses a day (Monday to Saturday) which run hourly, connecting to the train services as well as the nearby market towns of Saffron Walden and Bishop’s Stortford. The last buses out of the village run until about 10pm at night.
